In this year's second edition of the UN World Tourism Organization, 32 selected rural tourism destinations worldwide with a strong focus on sustainability were awarded the "Best Tourism Villages by UNWTO" seal. Out of more than 130 applicants from 57 countries, we are among the award winners. The evaluation of communities with a maximum of 15,000 inhabitants was carried out by an international jury of experts in the areas of cultural and natural resources, sustainability, regional value creation, infrastructure, and health and safety.
