Together with the Paracelsus Medical University Salzburg, we have defined six regeneration zones in Wagrain and Kleinarl that have been proven to improve your mental and physical health. Within these six zones you will find a variety of regeneration areas that improve your heart and lung fitness, have a positive effect on your musculoskeletal system, build up your defences, reduce stress and make you more resilient for your everyday life.
One to two weeks of conscious regeneration will make you more resilient and stronger for everyday life. You regain lost energy and restore your performance. You are better equipped for everyday life and can cope better with negative, unexpected and stressful situations, both physically and mentally. Regeneration improves your resilience.
Mountain hikers, for example, have fewer mental health problems than the average European (14% compared to 28%). The more exercise and positive emotions, the fewer mental disorders.
