Terms and Conditions - Giveaway „Tak danske venner!“

The organizer of the giveaway is Wagrain-Kleinarl Tourismus (Markt 14, 5602 Wagrain, Austria, info@wagrain-kleinarl.at).

Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 and over with a permanent residence in Denmark. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  • To participate in the giveaway, it is required to upload holiday memories (e.g., old photos, videos, ski passes, postcards) via the provided form.
  • Each person may submit multiple entries, but will only be entered once into the draw.
  • The deadline for entries is September 21, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
  • The prizes (1st prize: 4 nights winter holiday in a 4* hotel, 2nd prize: €300 Wagrain-Kleinarl voucher, plus 10x3 cinema tickets raffled among all other participants) will be drawn at random among all participants.
  • Winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another participant.
  • Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
  • By participating, entrants confirm that they hold the rights to the submitted materials and that no third-party rights are infringed.
  • Entrants confirm that no persons recognizable in the submitted materials could object to their publication, or that the necessary consent has been obtained.
  • Entrants grant the organizer a free, unlimited right in terms of time, geography, and content to use the submitted materials for marketing and communication purposes (e.g., social media, website).
  • This includes, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public display, and editing (while respecting personality rights).

  • Participation in the giveaway requires the provision of personal data (name, email address, country of residence).
  • The data controller within the meaning of the GDPR is Wagrain-Kleinarl Tourismus.
  • Participants have the right at any time to request information, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing of their data, as well as the right to data portability.
  • The personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be used exclusively for the execution of the giveaway and deleted after its conclusion, unless explicit consent for further use (e.g., newsletter) has been given. In the entry form, participants may voluntarily agree to receive information about the “Tak danske venner!” campaign in the form of a newsletter. Consent is given by actively checking a box. This consent is not a condition for participation in the giveaway and can be revoked at any time with future effect (e.g., via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter).

The organizer accepts no liability for technical malfunctions (e.g., transmission errors, server failures).
  • The legal process is excluded.
  • Austrian law applies.
