During the autumn* and winter** season, our „Innergebirg“ sauna is also open as a textile sauna for children and teenagers, so that you can get a taste of the wellness world of adults without any worries.

Let our sauna staff pamper you with soothing infusions. Whether you prefer fruity, woody or floral scents, there is something for every taste in our sauna.
In our steam bath, we also offer wellness creams and scrubs to pamper and revitalise your skin. These products support skin care and leave your skin feeling pleasant.
Please always pay attention to the safety instructions on the information board at the entrance to the sauna world. This information is important for a safe and relaxing sauna experience for children and adults.

*Autumn season: mid-September to early November: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday from 2 p.m.
**Winter season: early December to mid-April: daily from 1 p.m.

During the 2025/2026 winter season, there will be a special arrangement for our rooftop sauna.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., the rooftop sauna will be available for nudists.
Access is via a separate staircase. During the above-mentioned times, use of the nudist area is permitted for young people aged 15 and over.
The nudist area begins and ends directly at the nudist sauna.
