The recipe for an unforgettable ski day? Take 2 top ski destinations in the Salzburg Alps, add a celebrity chef, spice it up with seemingly endless mountain scenery and use organic food from the region - that's Skiing & Culinary Delights. In the coming winter season, Nelson Müller will accompany the event. Skiing and dining.

The celebrity chef in 2022 is Nelson Müller. Together with Rudi Pichler, they will share their cooking performance with you on this day in the specially constructed show kitchen. The two chefs will use organic food from producers in Wagrain-Kleinarl.

You can enjoy the dish created exclusively by Nelson Müller at selected ski huts in the Snow Space Salzburg and Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl ski areas.

from December 2021 - enjoy dish at ski huts

Nelson Müller creates a dish exclusively for Wagrain-Kleinarl that you can enjoy all winter long in the ski resorts Snow Space Salzburg and Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl. The dish, using ingredients from "Bio from the Valley", can be found on the menus in the ski area. The hut owners use the same ingredients as Nelson Müller. So only the highest quality in the form of regional products is served!

18th March 2022 - "Skiing and Culinary Delights on the mountain with Nelson Müller"

Live cookery show on the mountain from 11.30 am to 2.00 pm at the Bio-Bergrestaurant Lumberjack in Kleinarl. You can be there live and let the two chefs spoil you.

Now we can reveal it. Nelson Müller cooks this dish at the Bio-Bergrestaurant Lumberjack and you can enjoy it in advance throughout the winter at the participating ski huts:

"Sauerbraten wie von Omma" with beetroot jus, wild herb napkin dumplings, spiced red cabbage & cream cheese - created by celebrity chef Nelson Müller.
