The theatre “Stille Maus und Stille Nacht“ is produced in cooperation with the Salzburg State Theatre. The performance with actors and puppets is performed at two places: Wagrain as long-standing home of Joseph Mohr, the writer of the lyrics of "Silent Night! Holy Night!" and Salzburg as birth place of the main actor. Besides the creation of the lyrics to the well-known song there are several events of the life of Joseph Mohr presented in the theatre, everything from the perspective of the child Joseph Mohr. At the beginning of the performance the actors and puppets bring movement onto the stage in the multipurpose hall of the new middle school in Wagrain and afterwards the actors and the audience move together to the near original places of Joseph Mohr.
